Description:

  • Oversee deadlines in all event production schedules
  • Oversee and assists with marketing efforts
  • Manages the work of the graphic designer
  • Helps team members plan and execute the logistics events
  • Participate in the Leadership Team efforts

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with TBird Connection
  • Experience with event planning on campus
  • Experience managing teams and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to supervise and mediate team conflicts
  • Familiarity with internal processes of the Leavitt Center required
